Ran v0 at Vercel for a year, an AI-native way to make software. Improved margins and grew topline >X00%.

Built and led Vercel's pricing function, shipping 10+ price reductions in my tenure to make our products accessible to more customers.

I pushed through a change to Sequoia's fund structure to prioritize new, initial investments over follow-ons. This "small" change will result in billions of additional returns for our LPs.

Wrote the integration ecosystem strategy that determined where Segment invested, and stood up the Solution Architecture program that cut churn roughly in half during the hypergrowth years.
